Shipping & Delivery
We ship within 1-3 business days when you place your order. A small percentage of items require a longer ship-out time as noted in the chart below.
Shipping Time
Custom Art : Up to 10 business days to ship.
Oversized Items : Up to 10 business days to ship.
Delivery Time
Books, Music, Movies, and Games : Usually arrive in 5-10 business days, but may take up to 3 weeks.
Oversized Items : 1-6 weeks for delivery.

We ship via UPS unfortunately; customers are unable to specify the carrier of their choice.
On rare occasions we may face an unforeseen delay in shipping your order. We will notify you by email if we determine your order will not ship by the timeframe stated on each item's product page. We will notify you via email of any delays in shipping your order. By the last promised shipping date, we will send an email that advises your order will ship within the next 1-3 business days unless you contact us to cancel the unshipped portion of your order.
If we will be unable to meet the revised shipping timeframe, we will notify you via email that we have cancelled the unshipped portion of your order and a refund will be issued.
For your protection, your order may be diverted into our Order Verification System. As part of the verification, we will notify you via email to call us at 800-562-2644 within 72 hours. If you do not contact us within 72 hours we will promptly issue a full refund.
Verified orders will ship according to the time frame stated on the product page once the order has been verified. Customers can check the status of their order by logging into their account.
Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. You should receive your products within 5-10 business days from the day you order them.
Expedited Shipping:
We offer 1-3 Business Day; 1-4 Business Day; and 1-5 Business Day shipping for most items. Expedited shipping is not available for items being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO destinations.
We offer 1-5 Business Day, 1-4 Business Day, and 1-3 Business Day shipping for a variety of items. All items that qualify for expedited shipping will have these shipping options displayed at checkout.
Please note that our shipping options refer to transit time only and require additional time for order processing.
How much is expedited shipping?
Expedited shipping rates are listed during checkout. A drop down with shipping options and rates will appear at checkout within the "Order Review & Shipping Options" step if expedited shipping is available. We calculate your expedited shipping fees based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
If you have multiple items on your order, each item will be calculated separately depending on the warehouse location for where your item ships.
Why can’t my item be expedited?
Some items are unable to be expedited due to the size of the item and/or destination.
Orders shipped to P.O. boxes are not eligible for expedited shipping.
PO Box Shipping:
We can ship most items to a PO Box. If we determine that an item cannot be shipped to a PO Box, we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.
I Never Received My Order
We apologize if your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time frame. Most orders contain tracking information to confirm delivery status. If information is available for your package, please track your order using the information provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into My Account and selecting Order Status.
Occasionally, packages may become lost in transit, delivered to an incorrect address, or left with someone who has accepted the package on your behalf such as a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or building manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or tucked behind bushes out of plain view.
Please note: Media items may take 15 business days to arrive and tracking information may be available for delivery confirmation only. If your order is past the estimated delivery date or has been delivered but cannot be located, please contact Customer Care for assistance.
Track Your Order
Complete the following steps to track your order:
1. Log into “My Account” (located at the top of the Home Page).
2. Click on the Order Number you wish to track.
3. Click on the Tracking Number for the item you wish to track.
If your item has shipped and no tracking information is available, please rest assured that your order is on its way.
• Tracking information may not be updated for 24 hours.
• Please allow 10 business days for delivery on most items.
• Oversized Items require special shipping care, and will be delivered in 1-6 weeks. Tracking information may be available upon carrier.
Placing Orders with Multiple Shipping Addresses
Our website is designed to accept only one shipping address per order. Please place a separate order for each shipping address.
