Fascinate Galaxy S GSM, a sleek and powerful Android OS v2.1 (Eclair) smartphone is another strong addition from Samsung to its Galaxy S series.

The device houses a 1GHz Hummingbird CPU, a stunning 4-inch 800 x 480 Super AMOLED Capacitive touchscreen display, 512MB of RAM, a microSD slot expandable to 32GB (comes with a 16GB card), along with proximity and light sensors, and an accelerometer. 

The device features a 5-megapixel camera which is able to produce excellent stills and 720p video, with touch-to-focus, Geo-tagging, face and smile detection and LED flash (the flash can also be used during video recording).

Samsung Fascinate is a candybar device which relies mainly on its touchscreen and four dedicated Android navigation buttons to get things done and has hard buttons for the power / sleep and volume control on either side of the phone. On top of the device is a micro-USB connector (covered with a sliding hatch) and a 3.5-mm headphone jack. 

The handset sports Bluetooth v3.0 with A2DP, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n DLNA, EVDO Rev.A and includes 2GB internal memory. Other features include Social networking integration, Digital compass, MP4/DivX/WMV/H.264/H.263 player, MP3/WAV/eAAC+/AC3/FLAC player, TV-out, Organizer, Image/video editor, Flash Lite v3.1, etc.
