The Nokia C2-00 is an affordable GSM 900/1800 MHz mobile phone that supports dual SIM cards.
With Nokia C2-00 you can switch the SIM cards easily while keeping one of the SIM cards inside the phone and using hot swap-enabled slot to insert the second SIM card at any time. It includes a shortcut key to invoke SIM selection menu. 
C2-00 allows a microSD support up to 32GB and features an MP3 player, FM radio with radio recording and shortcut to radio, 3.5 mm AV connector and also supports Nokia Messaging. 
Some of the other main features of C2-00 are a VGA camera, Bluetooth version 2.0 with Enhanced Data Rate, GPRS for point-to-point navigation, MMS function, Nokia’s Ovi Life Tools (select markets), phonebook that supports up to 1,000 entries, MP3 and AAC ringtones.
